Q1 : Is there a function to notify the performance without looking at the screen?
There is an email notification function.
By selecting the submission end user and the time of submission (*) when registering a job, you will be notified by email after completing the task.
※ Transmission time will be called by job status at the end of operation.
The job statuses that can be selected as submit triggers are as follows:
・ “Normal end (Completed)”
・ “Irregular end”
・ “All (normal / abnormal)”
Q2 : Can WinDirector control and manage RPA products other than WinActor?
WinDirector is a web application for controlling WinActor. It is not compliant with other RPA products.
Q3 : Does WinDirector have a situation correction function?
Since WinDirector does not have a Scenario editing function, it will be modified with WinActor (full version). After editing it register the created situation in WinDirector.
Q4 : How many WinActors should be used when considering installing WinDirector?
There are cases where 10 to 20 users who have WinActors installed.
Q5 : Does the WinDirector product have the ability to run the situation on a specific date and time?
The task management functionality provided by WinDirector products allows you to specify the date and time and repeat the features daily, weekly and monthly when registering a job.
By using the user calendar when setting the date and time it is possible to specify a specific business day. (execution date) and perform operations such as running recursively.
Q6 : Are there any licenses other than the WinDirector license required to run WinDirector?
In addition to the WinDirector license installed in the robot management environment, a license for WinActor installed in the robot environment and a license for applications used in the process are required. act according to the situation
Additionally, the WinActor license is required for a number of robots for operations handled by WinDirector.
Additionally, RDSCAL is required if the operating robot environment is built on a server operating system.
Q7 : It is about the log, not the situational action log. But is it possible to get logs such as whether the user has logged in, manipulated the robot, changed user data, etc.?

Q8 : I want to run a situation action with 10 people, in this case is it enough to provide 10 operating robots?
Prepare the required number of robots for execution after considering the actions at the time of the action on the situation, such as the type of environment for executing the situation and the number of concurrent operations.

Q9 : When creating a multitasking environment on an RDS server, do you need to install WinActor products for that amount?
■When using the installed version of WinActor
Since the execution environment in the RDS server is managed by user profiles, you only need to install the WinActor product once. However, you must have a license for the WinActor product for each user to use.
■When using Winless uninstalled version (zip file)
It is necessary to extract the WinActor material (zip file) for each robot operating environment. (for each user profile) in the RDS server
When used as with the installation version, a WinActor product license is required for each user.
Q10 : Does WinDirector require admin privileges?
Administrator privileges The administrative privileges (admin rights) of the management server and robotic environment for operation are required for the organization responsible for creating and operating the manipulation robot environment. (management server)
Q11: The executive director of WinDirector and the robot for each action has an installation symbol. WindowsServer2016 Can they work on the same server?
It is not possible to create WinDirector (manipulation robot) and WinActor (executable robot) in the same Windows Server OS.
Provides two Windows Server OS environments for WinDirector (management robot) and WinActor (actor robot), and WinDirector and WinActor are installed separately.
