| What is Certified Software Project Manager (CSPM)? The Software Project Management calls for professionals who can effectively design, manage, test, and monitor the status of software projects. Organizations now demand high quality software, delivered on time and within budget. The Certification is recommended as a means to define the Common Body of Knowledge for the practice of software project management. The Certified Software Project Manager program is intended to establish standards for initial qualification, and continuing improvement of professional competence. An automated application developed or acquired for a business unit involving planning, scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and testing based on business unit provided requirements. To become certified as a Certified Software Project Manager, every candidate must obtain many qualifications and pass a four-part written examination, testing the 11 areas of knowledge. The examination tests the candidate's knowledge and practice of the skill areas . In year 2007 examination, there are only 4 people, from total 16 candidates, in Thailand that obtain the certification. Mr. Anawat is one of them with the score 75% from the 75% required score. |
